DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Free shipping on all domestic orders that exceed $50 before shipping cost and after any discount code is applied (customer must select this option at checkout). If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we offer our $10.00 flat rate ground shipping (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands). All packages are shipped with UPS or USPS.
- All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm PST. We do not offer shipping on weekends or holidays. Should you place your order after hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.
- We provide tracking information on all orders. We are not responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”. Signature may be required at the time of delivery.
- A $15 return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason (return shipment may vary on international shipments).
- All items on our SALE tab are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All items on our SALE tab are FINAL SALE. All discounted items are also FINAL SALE. We reserve the right to add or remove items from our SALE tab at any time. Any sale or final sale item received for a return or exchange will not be accepted. No exceptions. If your order exceeds $500, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied on returned items.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Packages being shipped internationally are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) international standard shipping. Shipping time is estimated between 7-14 business days.Please be advised that for international shipping, delays may occur due to foreign customs. Once the package has passed through foreign customs, delivery will be handled by USPS's local country affiliates. Tracking will then be available through that postal service website. We ship your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and cannot determine what your charges may be. You can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's custom policies.

- Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.
